Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed when betting and playing games on the 375bd platform:
- All bets are considered final; they cannot be changed once a bet has been confirmed.
- 375bd reserves the right to cancel any bet or game that was completed due to a technical error.
- For sports betting, bets must be confirmed before the match begins, except for live betting.
- Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures fair play.
- If a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection, the result of that round will be determined according to the server log.
- Placing opposing bets on a single event using multiple accounts (arbitrage) is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 375bd platform and will result in immediate account closure if violated:
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Registering with false information or concealing identity.
- Abuse of chargebacks or refund processes.
- Hacking, phishing, or attempting a cyberattack.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or an ineligible person.
375bd reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in the case of suspicious activity.
Account Suspension and Closure
375bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- By order of a court or regulatory authority.
- At the user's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).

Limitation of Liability
375bd accepts no liability for the following:
- Losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connection problems.

- Losses resulting from addictive behaviour or mental health issues.
In the event of any dispute, 375bd's decision will be considered final. Our total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the current balance in your account.
